REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Commanders Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching for Sainik School, Rashtriya Military Schools (RMS), and RIMC entrance examinations. Our courses are designed by experienced faculty with structured study material and dedicated academic support.
We request all students and parents/guardians to carefully read this policy before any financial transaction
1. General Refund Policy
Fees paid for any course are generally non-refundable.
By enrolling in any course, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Students are advised to attend demo/trial classes before making payment.
2. Registration Fee
The registration/admission fee is strictly non-refundable.
The registration fee is included in the total course fee.
3. Refund - Offline Courses
Refund requests may be considered only if made within 30 days of enrollment.
Only the course fee (excluding registration and study material cost) is eligible for partial refund.
No refund will be issued after 30 days of enrollment.
Example:
If total fee = ₹2,00,000 (including ₹15,000 registration + ₹15,000 study material)
→ Refundable amount within 30 days = ₹1,70,000
→ After 30 days = No refund
4. Refund - Crash Courses
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of enrollment.
Only 50% of the total course fee will be refunded within this period.
No refund will be issued after 10 days.
5. Refund - Online Courses
Online courses, mock test series, recorded lectures, and digital study material are non-refundable.
Access is provided immediately upon purchase; hence refunds are not applicable.
6. Physical Study Material
Returns are accepted only if:
Product is unused and in original packaging
Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Refund/replacement is applicable only if:
Product is damaged, or
Incorrect product is delivered
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
7. Technical Issues
In case of genuine technical issues, our support team will assist in resolving the problem.
Full payment may be provided in verified cases.
8. Course Cancellation by Academy
If Commanders Academy cancels any course, a full refund will be issued.
9. Non-Transferability
Course fees, registrations, and access are non-transferable.
10. Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs must be borne by the student unless the error is from the Commanders Academy.
Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
11. Declaration
By enrolling in any course, the student/parent/guardian confirms that:
They have read and understood this policy
They agree to abide by all terms
